as the spectacular failure of the computerisation worldwide shows, the fault is often on part of the user too - Information Technology has become an all too familiar excuse for not-thinking, not-reading, evading responsibility and general time-wasting. we all know the idiotic phrase:
- IT won't let me do it !
...a universal excuse for anything while using computer.
