when DCs are launched DCDs can be acquired for a certain sum - but that it just a nominal figure, set deliberately low, as not to exclude anyone, it will go up as the Issue (edition) is running out.
if and when you want to sell your DCD you can name any figure you like, you only need one other person to agree with you.
but -- more importantly - it is for you and not for anyone else to decide what a thing is worth.
